Exchange Policy


If you are not happy with your purchase from Oldhat.ca I will accept exchanges for store credit. This store credit can be used immediately towards a different product or saved for a later purchase. Here are the details of the exchange process:

 

1) Product returned to Oldhat to be exchanged must be in new condition and unworn.

2)  Customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred in the exchange process.

3) Exchange process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. To do so contact me at nathan@oldhat.ca and I will send you further instructions.
