Oldhat Summer Giveaway Rules + Regulations
Eligibility
The Oldhat Summer Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec).
The Giveaway runs from 11AM CDT on June 26, 2019 until 10PM CDT on July 1, 2019.
How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To participate in the Giveaway (1 entry), you must:
- Have a valid Instagram account
- Be or become a follower of @oldhatmaker
- Like the Giveaway post (dated June 18, 2019) in the @oldhatmaker Instagram feed
- Tag one Instagram account in the comments
For 1 bonus entry:
- Share the Giveaway post in your Instagram story for 24hrs and be sure to tag @oldhatmaker (1 entry)
Prize Draw
On Tuesday, July 2, 2019, all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period will be tallied and one (1) entrant will be selected by random draw.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be contacted by private message on Instagram and will have to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question in order to be awarded the prize.
Prize
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of an Oldhat 5-panel hat in either the beige, green, or floral material with an Oldhat branded leather patch (approximate retail value $55 CDN).
The prize is not convertible to cash.
General
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Giveaway Rules. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law.
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant consents that Oldhat retain and use the personal information submitted with his/her entry for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
